Each session runs for 30 minutes. Maximum 4 visitors in the Playground in one session.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, your safety is our priority. Please do not make a booking if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as but not limited to cough, fever, and sore throat.

By making a Playground booking with Pokémeow, you accept and agree to the Pokémeow Playground Terms & Rules and Bookings Policies and to any additional terms and conditions of the Playground that may apply to your booking.
Reschedule

To reschedule, please give us a call at least 24 hours before your booking start time.

Bookings cannot be rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. No refunds in this instance.
Cancellation & Refund

To cancel your booking, please give us a call at least 24 hours before your booking start time for a full refund.

No refund will be issued in cases of late appearance or fail to show up.
