Please ensure that no member in your group is allergic to cats

Visitors to the Playground experience must be aged 7-year-old and above. Children 14 years old and under must be supervised at all times by a paying guardian.

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before your session starts to allow time for shoe changing, sanitizing, and a compulsory brief session, including house rules and valuable tips to help you get the most out of your experience.

Visitors arriving after 10 minutes of their session start time will not be allowed to enter, to ensure the comfort of our cats and other customers. There are no refunds or reschedule in that instance. No extension of time for late appearance.

Please settle in and limit your movements while in the Playground. Please turn your phone to silent mode and kindly take any calls outside of the Playground as cats are extremely noise-sensitive. Please keep your voice low.

You are welcome to take photos and videos but no flashes.

It’s important that the interaction with our cats is positive and safe, be sure to always be sitting down first. Do not pick up any cats. They always love gentle pats and touches. Never restrain any cat.

Feel free to get some toys provided in the basket to interact with them. Please return the toys to the basket before you leave.

No food or drinks allowed in the Playground. You are welcome to our café next to the glass window.

The cat equipment is for cats only, please prevent adventurous children or adults - causing any damage to them - fines apply.
