*During the COVID-19 pandemic, your safety is our priority. Please do not make a booking if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as but not limited to cough, fever and sore throat.
Before making a booking, please carefully read the below:

  • Please ensure that no member of your group is allergic to cats.

  • Visitors to the Playground experience must be aged 7-year-old and above. Children 14 years old and under must be supervised at all times by a paying guardian.

  • We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before your session starts to allow time for shoe changing, sanitizing, and a compulsory brief session, including house rules and valuable tips to help you get the most out of your experience.

  • We understand you may run a little late sometimes, entrances are still allowed if you are late. However, we cannot offer any refund or extension of time in this instance.

  • Please carefully read our full Playground Terms & Rules, Booking Policies, Release, Waiver and Indemnity prior to making a booking
